  TESTIMONIALS
"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

  1. Team.
    • Designate a team that will perform assignments and carry out functions. The team will include lawyers and paralegals.
    • Make a list of roles and responsibilities ands share it between members of the team.
    • Define techniques and methods for paralegals and lawyers.
    • Assign supervising attorneys who will perform team leading functions and report to senior management.
    • Assign Case Manager’s role to a person who has good skills and a broad experience in managing cases.
  2. Guidelines.
    • Develop and share guidelines between your litigation team. For example, your guidelines may include the next procedures requirements:
    • Protect client confidentiality and follow basics.
    • Keep workflows efficient and productive using litigation case outlines and checklists.
    • Respond competently to requests for disclosure and production.
    • Coordinate flows of litigation documents.
    • Develop clear and professional documents when communicating with clients.
    • Define metrics to show team members performance expectations.
  3. Document Management System.
    • Select and acquire document management software that allows efficiently organizing litigation documents and papers, with quick and easy access to catalogues and files.
    • Create a database that keeps information on activities outlined in litigation documents and papers.
    • Make sure document management software has a system of permissions that grant lawyers and paralegals authorized access to litigation cases, documents, papers, files, computer scans, examples, photocopies etc.
    • Make sure document management software has tools for quick search, sharing and protection of documents and litigation cases.
  4. Activities.
    • Monitoring & Assessment. This activity includes all the interactions with the client (from initial monitoring of client strengths, needs and goals to negotiating of contracts). By means of interviews with the client, assessment of client needs will be done. The goal of the activity is to help the client identify which services are required for supporting and handling the case. The activity results in concluding a treaty with the client.
    • Involvement of Team. Once the treaty has been signed, the next step is to involve the team in providing services. Case managers will work closely with the client to carry out case plan activities and provide the client with social security, confidentiality and other options and benefits.
    • Case Progress Evaluation. This function allows successfully executing case plans and delivering an accurate list of benefits to the client. Through evaluating legal case progress, case managers can increase efficiency of case plans to make these plans more individualized considering client needs.
    • Improvement. This activity is aimed at collecting and evaluating data to continually improve procedures and services. Case plans should be evaluated against accuracy and timeliness to ensure eligibility and benefit issuance. If some gaps and discrepancies are revealed, case managers should develop an action plan to make changes to existing case plans and find ways for improvement.
