    • Expertise procedure or tests to be conducted in order to approve the information reported;
    • System of approvement (when several supervisors should sign-off on the task reporting);
    • Updating the general progress picture and schedule in regard to master objectives;
    • Mechanism of archiving the reports to be revealed once required to backtrace something;
